"Money Matters"
National Education Day - Help Educate During NPW Week
September 3 - 7th, 2007

Help the American Payroll Association promote financial literacy! Become a part of APA history … become a volunteer for the first "Money Matters" National Education Day.

Helping our kids understand their money has never been easier. All volunteer instructors receive an easy-to-use lesson plan and worksheets (for each student) to teach students at local high schools or youth groups about their paychecks and the payroll withholding system.

We need you to be a champion of education and volunteer for this exciting new event. As a thank you for your efforts, you’ll get some cool gifts and you can register for the National Education Champion Contest.

NPW Kick Off - August 23rd Meeting

The Susquehanna Valley Chapter is asking their members to bring canned goods to the August meeting for the Pennsylvania Food Bank.  These items will be delivered to the food bank sometime during NPW week. We will set a goal of, a pound of  food per member. So check out your pantry, you may already have items to donate.  Bring your items to the meeting and drop them in the bin.  See how easy that is.

The Chapter will also fly the NPW Banner again this year.
