We thank you all for renewing your dues and welcome to all new members.  We now have an active group of 55!

For those of you interested in taking the CPP exam, good news!  Member Karen Rittenhouse of Armstrong World Industries has volunteered to chair the 2012 Study Group.  The Study Group is a  helpful tool in preparing for the exam.  More information on procudures, dates and costs will be discussed at the February meeting. 

For those of you CPPs in house, we are also looking for instructors.  A signup sheet will be available at the meeting as well.  We look forward to your assistance.  Earn CPP credits by being an instructor.

Central PA Food Bank

At every SVC meeting we accept donations of food, cash or check to support the Central PA Food Bank.  The contributions that our chapter provides to this organization reach out to help those in need in our communities.  Our chapter has supported this group for many years.  Let's continue to do so by bringing non-perishable items to the next meeting.

Ronald McDonald House

Last year the Chapter made a contribution to Ronald McDonald House in Hershey.  We are looking to extend our community outreach by volunteering there.  Groups are needed to prepare meals for families staying at the facility.  We would like to form a committee to look into the opportunities.  We will discuss at out next meeting.
